The preliminary Readiness Assessment creates a complete picture of your organization’s digital maturity by evaluating the digital capabilities of your employees and existing solutions.  The Impact Assessment phase measures specific levels of digital preparedness in your business as well as how to roll out desired solutions and support policies.
